The world that we live in is not only stranger than fiction, but much darker than most people care to know. The worldwide phenomena of the targeting of individuals is an incredibly extensive, highly sophisticated, highly technological, and deeply sinister program that aims to psychologically terrorize and physically torture, usually by remote means, any given individual with the end goal being the death, imprisonment, or institutionalization of the individual.
These programs are masterminded and instituted by the highest levels of the power structure worldwide that includes elements of corporate, governmental, military, intelligence, and law enforcement networks. A person can become targeted for any reason but is often chosen because they are a whistleblower, activist, journalist, or anyone who opposes or crosses the power structure in some way. In the US, targeted individuals(TIs) are chosen by someone who has the ability to get them put on a watchlist of the FBI, CIA, or Dept. of Homeland Security(DHS). TIs are not really criminals or terrorists but the actions committed against them are criminal. The entire phenomena is outside of official validation by the media, law enforcement, psychiatrists or psychologists, and the court system. Some of those targeted commit suicide, some are microwaved to death, and some are goaded into commiting crimes against their perpetrators and are killed by police in the process or put in prison. When TIs are murdered, it is always documented as natural causes or suicide. It was revealed in a 1975 Congressional Hearing that the CIA had a “heart attack gun.” This gun would leave only a small red dot on someone’s skin but could induce a heart attack, thus providing the ability to assassinate people and have it appear as natural causes.
When a person is targeted, the purpose is to isolate them and cause them to be unable to function. The intention is to cause them to lose their jobs, their homes, destroy their relationships, their credibility, their sanity, and their ability to be able to find future employment. When relating to other people, including family, of their experiences, it is often found to be too unbelievable resulting in frustration, isolation, depression, despair, and terror for the targeted person. One of the methods used in targeting a person is stalking and following them, often by multiple stalkers, which is commonly referred to as gang stalking. The stalkers purposely make themselves visible to the target and utilize all forms of psychological harassment in the process. Other methods used in targeting include the stealing and opening of people’s mail, the killing of their pets, any and all forms of vandalism of their property, breaking and entering into their homes just to rearrange things to show they’ve been there, the use of directed energy weapons against their property and person, microwave attacks, the smearing of their character through slander campaigns, and voice to skull technology whereby voices can be implanted into people’s minds. This technology has been in use for at least 30 years since the first Gulf war and not all people “hearing voices” are mentally ill, but are the victims of targeting and made to appear crazy. Many people find this too fantastical to be true but according to Karen Stewart, a National Security Agency(NSA) employee of 28 years, there are approximately 500,000 Americans who are victims of targeting, and 5-6 million worldwide.
Karen Stewart’s targeting began when she was an employee at NSA. She was passed over for promotion when her work was credited to another woman. When Stewart questioned this, a long and bizarre campaign of harassment commenced against her from 2006 until her termination in 2010. She was accused at NSA of being paranoid, she was followed, smear campaigns of her character were initiated, her dog was killed, mail stolen, and directed energy weapons used against her, affecting her health greatly. While at NSA, she realized it was NSA security who were the people that were actually stalking her. Stewart moved to Leon County, FL in 2011 and her targeting began again in 2015. She went to the police in Tallahassee, FL as well as the Leon County Sheriff’s Dept. and not only got no help, but realized the Sheriff’s Dept. was a part of the targeting program against her as well. Stewart contends that government funding for these programs goes through defense contractor Lockheed Martin to employ people such as stalkers to be used in targeting campaigns. In a December, 2014 presentation to the Senate entitled “The State of Civil and Human Rights in the United States,” Dr. Daniel Lebowitz, MD, explains that targeting is a combination of the FBI’s COINTELPRO program, the CIA’s MK-ULTRA program, and the East German Stasi’s Zersetzen torture program. Again, one of the intents of targeting someone is to provoke them into committing crimes. Dr. Lebowitz presented three cases of mass shooters who were targeted individuals. One was Jiverly Wong, who, on April 3rd, 2009, killed 14 people including himself at an Immigration center in Binghamton, NY. Wong had reported that he’d been a target of covert harassment for 18 years including smear campaigns, stalking, and painful electronic harassment. Another was Aaron Alexis, who, on September 16th, 2013, killed 12 people in a mass shooting at the Washington Navy Yard in Washington, DC. Alexis had carved into his rifle “My ELF weapon.” ELF meaning Extremely Low Frequency, meaning electronic harassment. Alexis had identified himself as a TI and had corresponded with Dr. Lebowitz’s organization, Freedom From Covert Harassment and Surveillance, reporting hearing voices and being stalked and surveilled.
Geral Sosbee was an FBI agent from 1971 to 1978. Sosbee reported on corruption within the FBI and in 1988 a targeting program was initiated against him. In a sworn affidavit on March 14th, 2014, Sosbee stated that: “For the past 25 years, the FBI has engaged in a vendetta or revenge campaign against me for my reporting crimes committed by the FBI during my service as a Special Agent in the FBI and thereafter. The illegal and criminal assaults by the FBI against me include a 24/7 surveillance and assaults by Directed Energy Weaponry, chemicals, psychological operations, and occasional assault and battery by street thugs in the employ of the FBI. Also, the FBI has attempted on some occasions to end my life by causes that appear to be natural.” Sosbee also later states: “I estimate the cost of the unlawful FBI program against me over the past 25 years to be less than one million per year, totaling about twenty million dollars to the taxpayers.”
As well, Ted Gunderson, who served in the FBI from 1951-1979, also wrote a sworn affidavit attesting to the existence of targeting programs on April 26th, 2011. Gunderson states there is no return investment for the money put into these programs which means one thing: these targeting programs are rooted in spiritual warfare but carried out by human dupes. It isn’t about money, but is ultimately about degrading the human condition and this is exactly what we’re told in the Bible regarding the enemy, or Satan: that he comes to kill, steal, and destroy.
