After world war II, Nazi scientists were incorporated into the US intelligence apparatus under a program known as Operation Paperclip. High ranking Nazi intelligence officer Reinhard Gehlen met with William Donovan, head of the US Office of Strategic Services, and began to strategize methods of covertly controlling human beings.

The OSS was the precursor to the Central Intelligence Agency. Rooted in Nazi ideology, the official inception of the CIA began in 1947 and early programs in mind control were named Bluebird and Artichoke. In 1953, a massive undertaking in the covert control of the human mind was initiated and named MK-ULTRA. MK-ULTRA’s official existence was from 1953-1964, but has never actually been discontinued. I have made the point before that successful and wide reaching programs such as these either change names or are simply removed from official record. MK-ULTRA had during this time 149 known sub-projects, and every possible technique for influencing people against their will or knowledge was tested. Research and development was and is presently conducted into the use of chemical, biological, radiological, and electronic methods to clandestinely control human behavior. This has been going on for over 70 years and is very  sophisticated at this point.

One of the things highly coveted by the CIA in the control of human behavior was, and is, the ability to program or influence someone to commit murder against their will and have no recollection of the event later. In a 1952 CIA memorandum, it was written that: “The aim is controlling an individual to the point where he will do our bidding, against his will, and even against such fundamental laws of nature as self preservation.” It was indeed established by 1954 that it was possible to hypnotize and program someone to kill another person against their will and have no memory of it. In a CIA document entitled “Hypnotic Experimentation and Research,” dated Feb. 10th, 1954, a detailed account is recorded whereby a woman under hypnosis shoots another woman, with blanks, and then goes into a deep sleep. It was detailed how she did not hesitate to fire the gun when suggested to do so, and that later, upon being awakened from the hypnotic state, both the shooter and the victim had no recollection of the event. The shooter also refused to handle the gun in her normal waking state, as she had an aversion to guns.

Sub-project 119 under MK-ULTRA specifically studied the ability to influence human brains remotely. The document regarding this sub-project states: “The purpose of this sub-project is to provide funds for a study conducted by (section blacked out) to make a critical review of the literature and scientific developments related to the recording, analysis and interpretation of bioelectric signals from the human organism and activation of human behavior by remote means.” It goes on to describe one of the five goals of the sub-project as: “techniques of activation of the human organism by remote electronic means.” It also goes on to describe how those associated with the sub-project (i.e. the test subjects) would be unaware that they were being experimented on. It was also known at the time by doctors involved with this sub-project that the brain irradiates extremely low frequencies and that brainwaves could be manipulated electromagnetically. It should also be noted that in 1973 CIA director Richard Helms ordered the destruction of all documentation related to MK-ULTRA. The reason we know what we do about this is because some 10,000 pages of documents were somehow missed and through a Freedom of Information Act by John Marks, all of these documents were provided to him. Marks later wrote about this in his 1991 book, “The Search for the Manchurian Candidate: The CIA and Mind Control.” 

One famous incident in which the use of a mind controlled Manchurian candidate assassin is well established is in the assassination of US Senator Robert F. Kennedy, in June, 1968, in Los Angeles. It is well established for those who have honestly studied the event, as the media and government will never waver from the monolithic and elaborate set of lies sold to the American public over the decades. Sirhan Sirhan was a 24 year old Palestinian man who had been programmed to confront Robert Kennedy at the Ambassador Hotel and fire a gun at him. Sirhan could not be trusted to actually shoot him successfully and a second gunman was used to do the actual killing. The purpose in using Sirhan in this way was for everyone to see him, wrestle him to the ground, and for it to be an open and shut case, so to speak. Sirhan had also been hypnotically programmed to write long ramblings in a journal, as a manifesto, about killing RFK. Sirhan never remembered the event and has always maintained he had nothing against Kennedy and could not have actually done this. He was set up as the fall guy for the elimination of a good man who opposed the criminal power structure and who was likely to become president.  

This brings us to today. The media, of course, never includes as part of the possibility as to what takes place in any given mass shooting over the last 10 years that it is government sponsored terrorism by way of MK-ULTRA style assassins. Those not understanding the agenda for authoritarian world government simply do not understand the world they live in. Most of the mass shooting events over the last 10 years, that are also major media events and intended for mass consumption are, in fact, made to happen either by way of the use of programmed assassins or are not actually real events at all but are presented to the public as real. For example, there is widespread belief that the incident at Sandy Hook elementary in December of 2012 was not a real shooting at all, and that nobody actually died. These events are made to happen, and are happening so much now so as to overwhelm the public with fear, because the ultimate agenda is disarmament and the elimination of not only the second amendment but the entire Bill of Rights. 

Some examples of likely Manchurian candidates in recent years are Aaron Alexis, who, on September 16th, 2013, killed 12 people in a shooting at the Washington Navy Yard in Washington D.C. Alexis believed he was being targeted and that the Navy and other governmental elements were involved in psychologically and remotely harassing him electronically. He had carved into his gun “My ELF weapon.” ELF meaning extremely low frequency; as in, his ELF brain waves were under attack remotely. 

On January 6th, 2017, Estaban Santiago Ruiz killed 5 people and wounded 8 at the Ft. Lauderdale, FL, international airport. Ruiz had previously told the Anchorage, AK, FBI that his mind was being controlled by the CIA and other elements of the US government. Of course, they just reported him to police along with the need for psychiatric evaluation. Ruiz is ex-military and was diagnosed with schizophrenia. All people who claim to be victims of MK-ULTRA style programming or as being targeted with remote electronic harassment will be labeled as crazy, whether they are or not.

On Nov. 20th, 2014, Myron May entered the Florida State University library and shot 3 people. May had been complaining to friends that he was being targeted with directed energy weapons and that voices were being artificially implanted in his head. The day before, May had mailed packages to several people allegedly containing evidence of governmental targeting programs against him. These packages were somehow intercepted by law enforcement and withheld from the public as to the contents. May made a long video discussing his experience of being targeted remotely, and can be found on most video platforms.

There is much more detail that can be covered on this subject and many more examples out there of possible or probable victims of MK-ULTRA style programming who were mass shooters. We live in a false reality where crises and mass shootings are manufactured to advance a nefarious agenda. Some shootings are organic, yes, but when it is a mass media event meant for mass consumption, it is almost certainly not what they are saying it is.
