Much of the information presented here has been gleaned from a presentation to the US Senate by Dr. Daniel Lebowitz, MD, on December 9th, 2014. The presentation is entitled “The State of Civil and Human Rights in the United States” and can be found at the website targetedjustice.com. 

Between 1953-1976, low level microwave beams were directed at the US embassy in Moscow. Evidently this was an experiment to see how the microwaves might affect the Americans. US intelligence discovered this was going on in 1962 and the CIA and the Defense Advanced Projects Research Agency(DARPA) initiated a program known as PANDORA to study, and weaponize, the use of microwaves on people remotely. Studies showed the ability to induce heart attacks, cause leaks in the blood-brain barrier, produce auditory hallucinations, and degrade the nervous system. DARPA’s program director of PANDORA, Richard Cesaro, confirmed that the program’s goal was to discover the extent to which microwave signals could control the mind. He later wrote that “the potential of exerting a degree of control on human behavior by low-level microwaves seems to exist.” It was recognized during the 1960’s and 1970’s through this project and the CIA’s MK-ULTRA program that specific neurological and physiological weapons capabilities involving the remote use of microwaves on human beings had been established.

Yale physiologist Jose Delgado (1915-2011) is famous for the footage of him being able to stop a charging bull with the push of a button in 1963. Delgado had invented what he called a stimoceiver, a brain implant, that would be stimulated by way of radio frequencies. A charging bull was stopped dead in its tracks when it charged Delgado by his push of a button. First experimenting on animals and later on humans, Delgado discovered, while working for project PANDORA, that emotions and physical reactions could be artificially stimulated. He also learned later that he could duplicate the results without the use of physical implants, but by using specific types of electromagnetic radiation interacting with the brain. Delgado wrote extensively on this subject and one of his books is entitled: “Physical Control of the Mind: Toward a Psychocivilized Society.” Although Delgado was a pioneer in this work, and did valuable work for the criminal power structure in advancing the knowledge of the weaponization of this technology against the people of earth, he realized how truly dangerous it all was. In a 1966 speech he related that motion, emotion, and behavior can be directed by electrical forces and that humans can be controlled like robots. He stated that electromagnetic weapons were more dangerous than atomic destruction because: “with knowledge of the brain, we may transform, we may shape, direct, roboticize man. I think the great danger of the future is that we will have roboticized human beings who are not aware that they have been roboticized.”

Dr. Ross Adey conducted research at the Brain Research Center at the University of Southern California during the 1960’s for the CIA’s MK-ULTRA sub-project 119 and for project PANDORA. One of the goals of MK-ULTRA sub-project 119 was to discover “techniques of activation of the human organism by remote electronic means.” Dr. Adey determined that emotional states and behavior can be remotely influenced by placing a subject in an electromagnetic field. While working for project PANDORA, different brain signals were catalogued for specific actions and emotions. When microwaves were used to fire these signals at people’s brains, they experienced the moods and displayed the behavior carried by the signals. This meant that by mimicking natural brain frequencies, the human brain could be controlled remotely by use of extremely low frequency(ELF) microwave beams. Keep in mind, this was all being done over 50 years ago.

Dr. Eldon Byrd was a Navy medical engineer who worked with Dr. Ross Adey and others during the 1970’s. Byrd was quoted from a lecture in 2001 that: “Today we know there are technologies that can induce sound into the brain at a distance, can monitor and alter brain waves at a distance, can alter behavior at a distance, can induce images into the brain at a distance, can target individual organs at a distance. Can disrupt the calcium ions binding on individual cell surfaces at a distance, creating pain and other effects anywhere in the body. Mind control technology exists, without a question.” 

Despite the history of this, people reporting remote electronic harassment in any way will be diagnosed as schizophrenic, and those talking about the reality of it will be labeled as conspiracy theorists. There are hundreds of thousands of Americans who are what are known as targeted individuals. Targeted individuals experience remote “no touch” torture by way of these weaponized technologies because they are whistleblowers, activists on the wrong side of the power structure politically, have crossed the wrong people who may be wealthy or well connected, or anyone who may have been chosen to have their life ruined by way of a targeting program initiated against them. It is also important to note that, during Dr. Daniel Lebowitz’s presentation to the Senate in 2014, he stated that: “In summary, these weapons have the ability to mentally and physically torture people, and to influence human psychological behavior. With, or even WITHOUT the target’s knowledge or awareness.” Not only are people physiologically, mentally, and emotionally influenced without their knowledge, the system at large is perfectly well aware that all this is going on worldwide and nothing is done to stop it. That is because the spiritual forces driving the use of this technology, and driving the social and political direction of society, are satanic. As it reads in Luke: “And the devil, taking Him up on a high mountain, showed Him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time. And the devil said to Him, ‘All this authority I shall give You, and their esteem, for it has been delivered unto me, and I give it to whomever I wish.'”  (Luke 4:5-6)

Why would the name of the program with experimentation with this technology during the 1960’s and 1970’s be named PANDORA? Pandora, according to Greek mythology, was a woman who opened a container, or jar, known as Pandora’s box, that had been left in the care of her husband. The opening of Pandora’s box released all evil, physical, and emotional curses on mankind. This technology is an exact science of weaponry on humanity today, and most do not even realize their minds and behavior may be affected by remote means. This is high level sorcery and the answer is to take refuge in the Most High, and His Son, Yahushua(Jesus), for what is written in Luke 4:5-6 is temporary, but His kingdom will reign forever.

“Put on the complete armor of Elohim, for you to have power to stand against the schemes of the devil. Because we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against authorities, against the world rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”  (Ephesians 6:11-12)
